Why this product exists
In late 2022, every researcher tried ChatGPT. Most of them stopped using it for serious work within a week. The reason was always the same: it confidently cited papers that did not exist.
For a tool to be useful in academic writing, that fundamental problem has to be solved — not papered over with disclaimers, not handed off to the user as "verify everything yourself," but actually solved at the architecture level.
EthosWrite Pro retrieves real sources from real databases before the writer ever begins. Every DOI is verified against Crossref. Every author name is checked against published profiles. Sources that fail verification are flagged and substituted, never silently included.
On top of retrieval, we built the other bits people actually need in one place: questionnaires when you are collecting primary data, light quantitative help when you already have a spreadsheet, journal conversion when the paper is done, and a humanise pass so the prose does not read like a chat transcript. The goal is simple: spend your time arguing with the ideas, not hunting down whether a DOI resolves.
